Services: 

Prenatal visits: I provide two prenatal visits, each lasting 90 to 120 minutes. These visits are designed to get to know you and your partner better, and to understand your desired birth experience.

During these visits, we will discuss:

- Birth plans

- Labor positions

- Comfort measures

-  anxieties you may have

- questions and concerns

Labor support: I will be there you and your partner to provide emotional and physical support. I will guide you through various labor positions and breathing techniques. I will ensure that your voice is heard that your birth plan reflects your wishes.

Postpartum Visits: Typically, within the first week after the birth of the baby or babies, I will conduct a postpartum visit to see how everything is progressing to offer assistance if needed. This visit generally lasts 90 to 120 minutes.
